Roy started Rib Falls Repair in 2005 in the old shop on his family’s dairy farm. What began as a one-man repair operation has grown into a full-service dealership known for its mix of grit, precision, and high standards.
He was homeschooled from fifth grade on and never finished high school, but he never stopped learning. With deep family roots in small business and farming, Roy was raised on three principles that still shape his work today: Get to work. Learn how to learn. Pay attention to the details.
One of his all-time favorite jobs is still running service calls. Showing up when a machine is down, solving the problem, and getting someone back in the field — that’s what built Rib Falls Repair in the first place, and it’s still what drives the team today.
Roy is known for his perfectionism and a sharp eye for detail- from the diagnostics screen to the straight lines mowed into his lawn. That same mindset carries through the business, from clean shops and sharp trucks to fast, reliable service. We're not perfect, but we push to be- every machine, every customer, every time.
He still lives near where it all began and leads the dealership with the same approach he’s always had: be prepared, do it right, and take pride in the work.
