A Legacy of Work You Can Stand Behind
Rib Falls Repair started in 2005 in the shop on our family dairy farm. It wasn’t much at the time- just tools, grit, and a reputation for fixing what others couldn’t. But it was enough to get things moving. My family’s been building things from scratch for generations. My grandfather left the factory line in the 1950s to open his own upholstery shop. My dad took that entrepreneurial spirit and ran with it. Over the years, he launched businesses in beef and dairy farming, meat processing, flooring, and eventually organics and grazing. He raised four boys with three rules: Get to work. Learn how to learn. Pay attention to the details. We listened. We all went on to found our own varied businesses.
I was homeschooled from fifth grade on and never finished high school, but I never stopped learning. I figured out early that if you want something done right, you do it yourself and sweat the details. That mindset still drives everything we do at Rib Falls Repair. Today, we’re a full-service farm and construction equipment dealership carrying Versatile, Krone, Wacker Neuson, Vermeer, and more. We still fix what we sell and take pride in getting it done right the first time. But we also don’t believe you have to choose between rugged and refined. We run clean shops, sharp trucks, and tight operations because the details matter. We stay ahead on technology too. Diagnostics, laptops, CAN bus systems- these aren’t selling points here. They’re just tools of the trade.
